From Stuck to Strong

 “Some of my biggest frustrations before working with Danielle were hating that I let myself get to the weight I was at (an all time high). I was constantly gaining weight, weight loss was impossible and I felt like I was addicted to sugar.
I truly felt like my diet and weight were out of control but anything I attempted to implement to change things would never work. The left me feeling like a failure. The more I felt I failed, the less I wanted to keep trying.
Training with Danielle has changed the way I think and feel about myself, the way I think about health in general, the way I approach food and the way I think about exercise. All of which are for the better! When I think back to how I was living before working with Danielle, it is actually incomparable to how I live now. Danielle took the time to really get to know ME, not just my fitness goals. Life events, patterns, emotions, likes, dislikes, etc. She was able to figure out and address root causes to issues that I never would have been able to do on my own. Even though I am still on a weight loss journey and have areas of improvement to work on, I know that it is feasible because I’m working with Danielle.
