Getting Started
Q: How do I know which coaching program is right for me?
A: If you’re unsure where to start, book a free call — we’ll walk through your goals, lifestyle, and challenges together. From there, I’ll recommend the option that best supports you: Elite, Elevated, or Empowered.
Q: What happens after I apply or book a call?
A: You’ll fill out a short application so I can get to know you better. From there, we’ll hop on a Zoom call to talk through your goals and struggles. If we’re a good fit, I’ll walk you through next steps and get you onboarded into the app.
Coaching & Support
Q: What’s included in the Elite coaching program?
A: Elite is my most hands-on support. You’ll get biweekly video calls, weekly check-ins, 24/7 messaging, and a fully customized plan that adapts as you do — from workouts to nutrition and lifestyle habits.
Q: What if I’m not consistent — will I still benefit from coaching?
A: 100%. Many of my clients come to me after struggling to stay consistent on their own. Together, we create systems that feel doable — even on your busiest days. I’ll support you in building habits that actually stick.
Q: What kind of results can I expect?
A: That depends on your goals and how we tailor your plan. Some clients want fat loss, others want to build strength, improve energy, or just feel better in their bodies. No matter your starting point, I’ll meet you there.
Workouts & App Access
Q: Are the workouts beginner-friendly?
A: Yes! All programs are tailored to your level and include video demos. Whether you’re brand new to lifting or getting back into it, I’ll meet you where you’re at and help you build confidence with strength training.
Q: How are workouts delivered?
A: Everything is delivered through my custom DL Fitness Coaching App. You’ll be able to track your workouts, check off habits, view progress, and message me directly (for Elite and Elevated clients).
Q: How much time do I need for workouts?
A: Most workouts are 30–60 minutes, with 2–4 sessions per week depending on your program and goals. There’s flexibility to adjust around your schedule.
Nutrition & Habits
Q: Do I need to follow a strict meal plan?
A: Nope. I’ll guide you with flexible nutrition strategies that support your goals without restriction. It’s about building balanced habits that you can maintain long-term — not cutting out your favorite foods.
Q: What if I struggle with sugar cravings or emotional eating?
A: You’re not alone in that. Many of my clients come to me with the same challenge. Together, we’ll work on the why behind your habits, and build tools to help you stay in control without shame or extremes.
Logistics & Billing
Q: Is there a minimum commitment?
A: Yes — I require a 3-month minimum for coaching. This gives us time to create real momentum and lasting change. Most women continue longer because they love the ongoing support and results.
Q: How do I pay for coaching?
A: Payments are securely processed through my coaching app. I’ll send you a direct payment link when you’re ready to sign up.
Q: Can I pause or cancel my program?
A: I understand that life happens! If something unexpected comes up, I’ll work with you to adjust your plan or pause temporarily. Just reach out and we’ll chat.
