
We all have our own unique stories –
And mine has shaped not only who I am, but how I coach. My journey into health and fitness started over fourteen years ago. Like many women, I struggled with weight loss, bouncing from diet to diet, always hoping the next one would finally “work.” But it wasn’t until I stopped chasing extremes and started focusing on sustainable strength training, habit change, and metabolic restoration that things began to shift. I started to feel better in my body — stronger, healthier, and more at peace.
But my journey hasn’t been a straight line.

Over the past few years, I’ve navigated one of the most emotional and physically demanding experiences of my life: infertility and IVF. After multiple rounds and heartbreaks, I had to learn how to support my body in an entirely different way — with compassion, patience, and purpose. This chapter deepened my understanding of what true wellness looks like, and how essential it is to have support when life feels heavy.
That’s why I do what I do now.
I work with women who are ready to feel strong, confident, and in control again — even if life feels chaotic. My coaching is not just about workouts; it’s about rebuilding trust with your body, creating habits that last, and showing up for yourself even when things are hard. Because your health journey should fit your life, not the other way around.
